Added to Lender Panel

The Openwork Partnership has added Perenna and West One to its mortgage lending panel.

Specialist mortgage lender, West One, covers all major areas of property finance, notably residential and buy-to-let mortgages.

Perenna provides long-term fixed rate mortgages designed to give borrowers greater certainty over their repayments, combining long-term rate security with flexible early repayment charges.

Paul Shearman, mortgage and protection proposition director at The Openwork Partnership, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Perenna and West One to our lender panel, further strengthening the breadth of choice available to our advisers and their clients. Both Perenna and West One give us additional options at a time when finding the right outcome for clients has never been more important. Expanding our panel is a key part of our strategy to support existing advisers, attract new talent and ensure advisers have access to the best possible range of lenders to meet their clients’ needs. We remain committed to continually enhancing our proposition.”

Marie Grundy, managing director of mortgages, West One, commented: “We're delighted to be joining the Openwork panel and look forward to supporting advisers across the network with our specialist residential and buy-to-let mortgage propositions. At West One, we specialise in providing flexible lending solutions for borrowers who are underserved by mainstream lenders, supported by experienced underwriters who assess every case on its own merits.

"We’re excited to begin working with Openwork advisers and helping them place more business with confidence through a combination of specialist expertise, responsive service and dedicated support.”

Ashish Kashyap, deputy CEO and chief commercial officer at Perenna, added: “We’re delighted to join the Openwork panel and give advisers access to Perenna’s flexible mortgage proposition. We believe homeowners should have more choice, confidence and flexibility when choosing and managing their mortgage, which is why we offer products designed around different customer needs, including no maximum age and zero-deposit options, alongside greater certainty over repayments.

"We look forward to working with Openwork advisers to support more customers across different stages of their homeownership journey.”
