Pepper Money has appointed Michelle Walsh as a regional development manager, covering the North West.
Michelle joins Pepper Money following more than twelve years with Nationwide, where she supported brokers in the North West as a business development manager.
Prior to joining Nationwide, Michelle spent over a decade as a branch manager at Britannia Building Society. In this role, she was responsible for ensuring that homeowners had access to transparent, practical advice and that the branch built strong, lasting relationships with the local community and brokers. Michelle’s experience gives her a unique perspective on both the challenges customers face when seeking capital and the critical role brokers play in guiding them through the process.
