Perenna has appointed two national account managers to its intermediary team as it prepares to launch with 20-30 year fixed rate mortgages in England and Wales later this year.
The field based national account managers are Tim Sorrell who will cover the South, and Deborah Reeves who will cover the North.
Sorrell was a senior relationship manager for Barclays before moving to Charles Cameron and Associates in 2022, while Reeves spent six years at The Nottingham including five years as national sales manager.
Perenna will offer a range of residential lending products through selected intermediary partners. The products will combine flexibility and stability; providing mortgage rates fixed for 20-30 years with early repayment charges no exceeding five years.
Perenna obtained its full banking licence from the PRA and FCA this month, and has recently launched its own affordability calculator as it prepares to begin lending this Autumn.
