The Buy to Let Broker is one of the largest specialist buy-to-let mortgage brokers in the UK. It is based in Southport and was founded in 2013 by Matt Hardman and Matthew Rowne.
Pivotal Growth was established in April 2021 and aims to "buy and build" a national mortgage brokerage.
At launch, £200m was made available by way of equity and debt to fund acquisitions. LSL committed up to £33.5m and PSC up to £62.4m to support the acquisitions to be made by Pivotal Growth.
In May this year, Pivotal Growth acquired specialist second charge mortgage and bridging finance broker, The Loan Partnership.
Pivotal Growth has entered a long-term arrangement with LSL Group's Primis network, with all acquired businesses anticipated to become Primis members.
