Principality Intermediaries has enhanced its business development team to strengthen the support available to mortgage brokers in Wales and England.
The latest changes to Principality’s BDM team include the appointment of Carly Scholes, covering the East England area. Carly joins Principality with significant financial services experience including several years working with broker firms and building society BDM experience.
Carly will focus on the following principal areas: Cambridge, Chelmsford, Colchester, Hemel Hempstead, Ipswich, Luton, Milton Keynes, Norwich, St Albans, Stevenage, Slough and Southend-on-Sea.
Further changes include the expansion of Jo Silcox’s territory, extending from Newport to Hereford, and Cara Thompson adopting the South West of England region following Alan Browning’s retirement.
Initial changes were announced in March including the introduction of a desk-based BDM to support each region, and the appointment of a new Midlands BDM.
National intermediary manager, Helen Lewis, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Carly to our team; she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her expertise will be vital as we look to make more possible for brokers across the East of England. With the changes for the East of England, South Wales and South West England, we’re continuing to enhance brokers support across the country as we implement our growth plans for 2025 and beyond.”
Carly Scholes (pictured), business development manager, commented: “I’m delighted to be joining Principality Intermediaries at such a pivotal and exciting time in the continued growth of the East of England territory, and I’m eager to help strengthen our presence as we expand across the UK.
"I look forward to working closely with brokers to build on Principality’s strong brand presence and offering to help make more possible for communities across the country.”
