Debbie joins LV= from MLC Life Insurance, based in Melbourne, and was previously group head of protection strategy at Royal London. Debbie has also held a number of senior protection roles at Scottish Equitable, Swiss Re, AXA and Capita.
Debbie will join Clive on the executive team and both will report directly to chief executive Richard Rowney.
Both appointments are effective from the 1st of July and are subject to regulatory approval.
