Quantum Mortgages cuts core rates and enhances larger loans offering 

The specialist lender has aligned pricing across its two and five-year fixed rates.

Quantum Mortgages has announced a series of enhancements to its product range.

Across the lender's core range, all five-year fixed rates have reduced by 10bps, with specialist products down by 15bps.

In addition, two-year fixed rates are now priced identically to five-year fixes, simplifying choices for customers.

Across Quantum's large loans range, rates have reduced by 25bps. 

The maximum LTV on single units, HMOs, and MUFBs has also increased to 75% for loans up to £5 million, providing greater flexibility for portfolio landlords and investors.

The latest changes follow Quantum announcing a 5% increase in the LTV across most of its bridging products, taking the maximum LTV to 80%.
