
From tomorrow, Santander is increasing selected residential and buy-to-let fixed rates in its new business range, including large loans.
In its residential home mover range, all 60-90% LTV two and five-year fixed rates are increasing by up to 0.10% and all 60-75% LTV 10 year fixed rates are rising by 0.07%. In addition, all home mover new build rates are increasing by up to 0.10%.
For first-time buyers, all 75-90% LTV two and five-year fixed rates have increased by up to 0.11% and 60-75% LTV 10-year fixed rates are up by 0.07%. 75-90% LTV new build rates are also increasing by up to 0.11%.
Both home mover and first-time buyer large loan rates at 60% LTV are rising by 0.07%.
For residential remortgage, all two and five-year fixed rates are increasing by up to 0.09% and all 60-75% LTV 10-year fixed rates are up by 0.07%.
Buy-to-let purchase and remortgage rates between 60-75% LTV are increasing by 0.07%.
In the lender's product transfer range, it is increasing some residential and all buy-to-let fixed rates by up to 0.07%.
Alongside the changes, Santander is reducing 95% LTV two-year fixed rates for first-time buyers by up to 0.06%, including new build.
