Santander increases most residential and buy-to-let rates

Rates have increased by up to 0.13%.

Santander has announced increases to most residential and buy-to-let fixed rates in its new business range.

For residential home movers, all two, three and five-year fixed rates have risen by up to 0.13% and all 60-75% LTV 10 year fixed rates have increased by up to 0.08%.

For first-time buyers, all 75-95% LTV two-year fixed rates have risen by up to 0.11% and all three and five-year fixed rates have increased by up to 0.12%. In addition, all 60-75% LTV 10 year fixed rates have risen by up to 0.11%.

60% LTV two and five-year fixed rate large loan products for both first-time buyers and home movers are up by 0.10%.

In Santander's remortgage range, 60% LTV two-year fixed rates have increased by up to 0.10% and all 60-75% LTV three, five and 10-year fixed rates have increased by up to 0.11%. 

For buy-to-let, all 60%-75% LTV two and five-year fixes for purchase and remortgage have risen by up to 0.10%.

In its product transfer range, Santander has increased selected residential fixed rates by up to 0.09% and selected buy-to-let fixes by up to 0.05%.
