SimplyBiz Mortgages has added Market Financial Solutions (MFS) to its lender panel.
The addition of MFS will bolster SimplyBiz's access to specialist buy-to-let lending for its intermediaries.
MFS offers special edition products that allow the flexibility to choose product fees depending on the borrower’s requirements, with the ability to choose between a 2%, 4%, or 6% fee across all four tiers, and a higher product fee which means borrowers can benefit from lower interest rates.
