Kevin Glover, who joins from NatWest, will be responsible for extending West One’s presence in the North of England, providing support to brokers and property finance professionals specialising in bridging and development finance.

Sharon Clarke joins West One from the Family Building Society where she worked as an underwriter and will work with specialist second charge mortgage advice firms based in the South and South West.

Pauline Rylands will be managing key second charge mortgage broker relationships across the North of England & Scotland. Pauline joins West One following a career spanning over 30 years, including with Yorkshire Building Society.

Additionally, Danny Scoltock has moved from West One's broker support team to become a field-based BDM, supporting brokers and intermediaries in the East of England.
