Phil Dibbs joins as new business director covering Yorkshire and the North East of England. He has a strong track record in professional services and is well known in the Yorkshire market having previously worked for BDO, Grant Thornton and Bank of Scotland in the region.

Phil will be supported by John Landers who joins Reparo as new business consultant, based in Northampton, and will cover the South Midlands and London. With many years’ experience in the finance world, John previously held senior positions with a number of high profile accountancy and finance companies including RSM Tenon and Opus.

The founding directors of Reparo, Andrew Ward and Sharon Bryden, have also announced that they will take over operational control of Red Flag Alert, the Manchester-based data provider which provides up-to-date corporate information which can be used in wide variety of applications from credit control to new business and marketing.
