Alex is currently the bank’s deputy CEO, and the founder and former-CEO of Oplo, the consumer lender acquired by Tandem in early 2022.
Susie will work with Alex over the coming months, supporting him as he steps up into the chief executive role.
Susie Aliker joined Tandem as chief executive in May 2021 following the bank’s acquisition of green consumer lender Allium Money. Susie also led the bank’s subsequent acquisition of Oplo.
