Mark Shelper joins with responsibility for brokers, networks and clubs across the West of England. He has over 20 years’ experience in the specialist mortgage market, previously having worked as a BDM for Bristol & West, GMAC, Aldermore and Pepper Money.
David Venn will cover London and the East of England, bringing over 20 years’ industry experience in banking and mortgage lending.
Gordon Rae will support Tandem's package and specialist distributors nationally. With over 35 years’ experience in the financial services industry, he played a key role in launching & establishing GMAC RFC into the UK packager and broker space. Following this, Gordon performed similar roles with the Dudley Building Society, Pepper UK, and most recently The Mortgage Lender.
