TMG Mortgage Network has appointed Stevie Berry as head of sales and recruitment, delivering further support to its appointed representative (AR) firms.
Stevie's track record includes senior recruitment roles at Stonebridge, Openwork, Embrace Financial Services, and Connect Mortgages, with a wealth of experience in sourcing, supporting, and scaling adviser talent.
In her new role, Stevie will lead on the recruitment and onboarding of new AR firms. She will also be pivotal in the upcoming launch of TMG’s new AR proposition, designed to offer hands-on support, smarter systems, and a growth partnership model.
