TMG Mortgage Network has appointed Jasmine Smith as head of sales and recruitment, strengthening its focus on adviser development.
Jasmine joins TMG from Melton Building Society, where she spent 10 years, most recently as key account manager, working closely with intermediary firms across the UK mortgage market.
Alongside her commercial experience, Jasmine brings a strong eye for social media and digital presence, helping brokers improve visibility, build personal brands, and grow sustainable businesses.
