The appointment follows the growth of the division’s underwriting team over the past few years and supports plans for the continued expansion of the Bank’s bridging operations.
Nikki brings a wealth of experience in bridging and specialist lending with a career spanning 30 years working with lenders including Shawbrook Bank and Borro, as well as founding specialist finance consultancy Liquidity Central. Most recently Nikki was head of operations for development finance at Hampshire Trust Bank.
