Financial Reporter is delighted to announce the winners of its 2025 Women's Recognition Awards, proudly sponsored by L&C Mortgages.

The awards programme, now in its eighth year, aims to support the growing momentum for a more diverse and equal financial services community, recognising achievement in particular fields such as mortgages and specialist lending, alongside adviser-focused categories.

The WRAs also reward people and businesses in the industry who have made notable strides towards gender equality, either through raising awareness or by implementing specific changes within their workplace.

Alongside the existing award categories, three new categories have launched this year - 'Specialist lending adviser of the year', 'Woman-led brokerage of the year', and 'Paraplanner of the year'.

The winners were announced at last night's prestigious Women's Recognition Awards Winners’ Party at Exhibition White City in London, featuring a drinks reception, entertainment, three-course meal and an exclusive after party.

Rozi Jones, editor of Financial Reporter, commented: “Every year, the Women’s Recognition Awards remind us how powerful it is when women in financial services are seen, supported, and celebrated. This year’s winners have once again shown the depth of talent, resilience, and innovation that’s driving our industry forward.

"The addition of three new categories - recognising specialist lending advisers, paraplanners, and women-led brokerages - has made this year’s programme our most inclusive yet. It’s been inspiring to see such a diverse mix of professionals being recognised for their impact, leadership, and commitment to change.

"But while we celebrate these incredible achievements, it’s also a moment to reflect on the work still to be done. Representation and equality are improving, but progress must continue - not just on stage, but in every boardroom and business across our sector.

"Congratulations to all of this year’s finalists and winners - you are the role models shaping the future of financial services, and your success reminds us why we must keep pushing for a truly equal industry."
