Marsden’s intermediary site has introduced search functionality around its residential, buy-to-let and older borrower criteria, as well as increased access to the intermediary support team.
Brokers now have access to direct dials for BDMs and underwriters should they need to speak to them directly on their case.
The site will also feature published service standards which will be updated on a weekly basis and keep intermediaries informed on the Marsden’s service.
