Hope Capital Property Finance has enhanced its leadership structure, with all members of its senior leadership team now operating at director-level.
The announcement forms part of a broader strategic move to support the company’s continued growth and governance framework as it celebrates its 15th year in operation.
Following the recent promotion of Kate Cowan to chief financial and operating officer, the newly structured director-level leadership team includes:
• Jemma Wood – director of portfolio, asset and risk,
• Kim Parker – director of lending operations and commercial strategy,
• Laura Carr – director of underwriting, compliance and stakeholder relations,
• Sarah Butler – director of brand, communications and engagement,
• Stephanie Kinsella – director of people and technology.
Collectively, the directors represent nearly three decades of service within Hope Capital Property Finance.
Under the new structure, the directors will increasingly transition away from day-to-day operational management to focus on long-term strategy, governance, systems scalability, capital protection and sustainable expansion.
