"With this rush of interest, it’s more important than ever that we can quickly and efficiently process applications, so advisers and their clients can release equity when they need it."

Munday joins more2life bringing with him a wealth of experience across various chartered surveyors, while Gadson formerly served as technical conveyancing solicitor at law firm Slater & Gordon.

Munday joins more2life with over 35 years of industry experience in the valuation and compliance sectors. He will leverage this expertise in collaborating with funding partners to control risk and exposure, supporting a more flexible approach to lending criteria by applying his experience to internal data and applications.

Recent roles across the surveying sector held by Munday include senior surveying quality manager at e.surv Chartered Surveyors and technical surveyor manager with Colleys.

Gadson brings over 18 years of experience in residential conveyancing to her role and will be working alongside more2life’s legal partners to help identify process breaks and inefficiencies that can be improved to speed up the processing of applications.

Gadson qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and was formerly a partner at Birchall Blackburn law, before joining her previous firm, Slater & Gordon. She has a particular specialism in leasehold ownership and held accreditations by the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners.

Dave Harris, CEO of more2life, commented: “The later life lending sector is amid a strong period of growth, with a record number of homeowners recognising the myriad benefits of releasing wealth from their properties. With this rush of interest, it’s more important than ever that we can quickly and efficiently process applications, so advisers and their clients can release equity when they need it.

“We’re delighted to welcome Graham and Jennifer to the team to support this process. Their experience and expertise is an ideal fit to enhance our services - including improving our application to completion times - streamline our internal processes and offer advisers a comprehensive package of support for their clients’ equity release applications.”

Graham Munday said: “With homeowners increasingly turning to the wealth locked in their homes as a form of financial support, it is vital that both they and their advisers understand the valuation process and approval terms. I look forward to boosting our efforts in this area and helping more2life, and its stakeholders, support advisers in their mission to deliver financial freedom to their later life clients.”

Jennifer Gadson added: “I’m excited to be joining more2life to support its initiatives to streamline the back-and-forth that can so often happen with borrowing applications and help advisers deliver an ever faster level of service to their clients. Offering in-house conveyancing support to the internal team will cut down on time lost, and I’m eager to get involved and start this new chapter of my career.”
