Tesco says it launched the service to ensure that new build applications are processed quickly as new build customers are often required to complete the purchase within a month to avoid facing financial penalty or losing their property.
Tesco Bank’s dedicated new build service also offers direct access to underwriters, with valuations instructed immediately upon submission.
