TMA adds Bath Building Society to panel

TMA Club has added Bath Building Society to its lender panel, offering its members access to Bath's product ranges for first-time buyers and first-time landlords.

"Following the successful introductions of our ExPat Buy to Let Mortgage and Rent a Room Mortgage products we are excited to expand our reach further by joining TMA Club’s lender panel."

Products aimed at first-time buyers include two 100% parent assisted mortgage scheme products, one with a guarantor and the other without, as well as a 95% LTV Mortgage and the Society's recently launched Rent a Room Mortgage.

Buy-to-let products include an expat mortgage which allows borrowers to purchase or remortgage an investment property whilst they are living outside the UK.
