OMS appoints business relationship manager

CRM system, One Mortgage System, has appointed Laura Smith as a business relationship manager.

Laura has worked within the intermediary mortgage market for over seven years. She joins OMS from Knowledge Bank where she held the position of sales and marketing manager. Prior to that, she spent over six years at Fleet Mortgages where she held a number of positions including sales executive, senior internal business development manager and latterly as a marketing executive.

In her new role, Laura will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with OMS clients, understanding their needs and providing them with the best possible solutions.

OMS covers product areas such as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial plus general insurance and protection. It has integrated with six platforms - Iress, Twenty7Tec, iPipeline, Submissions Brain, SmartrFit and Knowledge Bank - to provide users with product and protection sourcing alongside criteria searching.
