The new roles include a chief sales officer, regional sales managers and business development executives.

Gemma has a career spanning over 20 years in financial services.

Among the new roles are CFO, product and delivery director, and commercial director.

Coventry completed its acquisition of Co-op Bank earlier this month.

Richard has held previous roles at London & Country, Coventry Building Society, and Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries.

Narula joins from Aldermore Bank.
