One Mortgage System (OMS) has integrated with the EPC register and Companies House.

The EPC register integration provides users with the ability to search EPC records using a property's address. In addition, the Companies House integration allows users to search by name or registration number to retrieve all available details on that company from the Companies House database.

The latest integrations follow a series of new platform updates including a lead gen API to include more information around the applicant's current mortgage, marketing preferences, additional security properties and notes. This is in addition to a portfolio step to include fields for date purchased, value at purchase, rate type, current rate end date and MUFB, plus a lender submission step which allows users to see all lender integrations set up via the platform and easily choose the one required for the case in question.

OMS has already integrated with six platforms - Iress, Twenty7Tec, iPipeline, Submissions Brain, SmartrFit and Knowledge Bank - to provide users with sourcing, protection sourcing and criteria searching.

Neal Jannels, Managing Director of OMS, commented: “The EPC register integration in particular is one which has quickly blazed a trail up our system enhancement agenda and its swift implementation demonstrates how reactive we can be as a business to ensure that we can service the ever-shifting demands of our users. And with a growing number of green mortgage options emerging across the residential and BTL markets, this is certainly an area which will continue to rise in prominence for lenders, intermediary firms and borrowers heading into 2023.”
