"I wish that all brokers would give me just 30 minutes of their time. I know I will be able to tell them something new and different to help them place their next unusual case."

FR: What area do you cover?

East and West Midlands plus MK, LU and GL postcodes.

FR: If you had one ‘top tip’ for life as a BDM, what would it be?

Be flexible and always factor in road delays for getting to the next appointment.

FR: How do you pass the time on the road - books, podcasts, audiobooks?

I listen to a lot of radio - particularly Talksport, LBC and Absolute 90s.

FR: What’s one thing you wish all brokers knew?

As we are a niche lender I wish that all brokers would give me just 30 minutes of their time. I know I will be able to tell them something new and different to help them place their next unusual case.

FR: A quick email on Monday or a phone call in the afternoons - how can brokers contact you?

Brokers can contact me via email or mobile phone, and they also have access to our BDR support team in head office. If I am in a meeting I will return 100% of all calls if the broker leaves me a voicemail message.

FR: And lastly - what’s your favourite place to stop for a coffee when you’re between meetings?

Anywhere that serves nice coffee, WiFi, and a pleasant view.
