The mortgage, protection and financial planning network has worked with intelliflo over the past nine months to configure the system for its advisers.
The CRM includes agentic AI functionality designed to scan for anomalies, prepare advisers for client reviews and flag relevant insights. It also has an open API architecture, allowing advisers to connect third party tools alongside technology developed internally by Rosemount.
The integration follows a series of technology changes at the network, including the launch of ProCeding, an AI based ceding scheme tool, and an AI powered financial promotions tool intended to speed up the approval process for members.
