"I'm delighted to be joining UTB as they continue to transform their bridging and BTL offering and consolidate their position as a key, long-term player in unregulated and regulated bridging"

United Trust Bank (UTB) has appointed Johnathan Kempson as key account manager for BTL and bridging, as the bank continues to build out its broker support across the North of England and Scotland.
Kempson brings more than ten years of financial services experience, having previously worked at Lloyds, Metro Bank and, most recently, Market Financial Solutions, where he supported brokers across non-regulated bridging and BTL products.
In his new role, he will support the growth of UTB's bridging and BTL propositions across both regulated and non-regulated lending, working closely with brokers in his territory to deliver efficient service and strong outcomes for their clients.
Andrew Ferguson, who oversees the BTL and bridging sales team at UTB, welcomed the hire. "Johnathan brings a great deal of experience to the growing BTL & Bridging Sales team across unregulated and regulated lending," he said. "He is also very well known in the industry with excellent broker relationships across the North of England, which has been his patch for several years.
"We are also busy developing UTB's bridging and BTL offering and delivering streamlined underwriting and improved service to brokers. The market is crying out for a reliable and trusted bridging lender which delivers on its promises, and Johnathan is joining the team dedicated to giving brokers the products, service and support they need and deserve."
Kempson (pictured) said he was excited by the direction the business is heading. "I'm delighted to be joining UTB as they continue to transform their bridging and BTL offering and consolidate their position as a key, long-term player in unregulated and regulated bridging," he said.
"I look forward to catching up with brokers and supporting their immediate requirements as well as sharing more about UTB's exciting plans for the future."
