Blend Network launches broker 'office hour' sessions

Development finance lender, Blend Network, has launched a new broker ‘office hour’ service to support brokers with live deals and questions.

"It is very important for us at Blend Network to make ourselves available to brokers who want to discuss live deals or who simply need valuable advice on funding issues they may be facing."

Hosted by senior underwriter Daniel Netzer, a former property developer who used to build up to £15m GDV schemes in and around North London, the sessions will provide a chance for brokers to book 20-minute one-on-one sessions to discuss deals and go through a live deal underwriting session. Deals that are accepted will have terms issued at the end of the session.

The first office hour session will be held on Friday 4th February between 10am and 12pm with six 20-minute sessions available on a first come first served basis. Development finance brokers can book their one-on-one live session online now through the following link: https://bit.ly/3GomjZc.

Blend Network recently announced the launch of a new product, the Blended facility that offers up to 75% LTGDV and up to 90% Loan-to-Cost. The product blends mezzanine and senior debt into one single facility, making it easier and faster for developers to borrow in one place. The Blended facility is available to experienced property developers looking to do residential schemes of up to £10m GDV across the UK.
