Conveyancing referral specialist, Broker Conveyancing, has announced the launch of The Hub, a new and improved portal for its broker members.
Designed to provide a smoother and more intuitive experience, the portal will make it easier and quicker for brokers to track and manage conveyancing cases for clients, 24/7.
As a member, brokers get access to a panel of trusted conveyancing firms, from whom they can source quotes for a wide range of services in under 15 seconds.
The quote process has been optimised, enabling brokers to generate quotes and instructions more quickly. Additionally, the platform has also improved its transparency around fees. Quotes contain a comprehensive fee breakdown, listing everything that is included in the quote and any add-ons, ensuring brokers can provide their clients with full visibility of the costs involved.
Brokers who switch to the new referral Hub will get exclusive access to more products and add-ons, including a new all-inclusive remortgage bundle starting from £175.
Users of Broker Conveyancing’s current portal will be able to use their existing login details to access the new portal, and it will also hold all their historic quotes and instructions. The original portal will remain live while brokers transition, allowing them time to adopt the new system at their own pace and switch back and forth between the two systems if necessary.
