CapitAll Finance joins the BDLA

CapitAll Finance has joined the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA) as a lender member.

CapitAll Finance provides bridging, refurbishment, commercial and semi-commercial property finance for brokers, investors and property professionals. Its model is designed to keep the broker relationship at the front of the transaction while credit, execution and loan management remain controlled by the lender.

The BDLA supports both lender and associate members through industry insight, networking, events, media activity and opportunities to help shape the future direction of the sector.

Adam Tyler, CEO of the BDLA, commented: “Bridging relies heavily on the relationship between lenders and brokers and the success of the market is built on maintaining strong underwriting and credit disciplines behind that relationship. Membership of the BDLA demonstrates a commitment to those relationships and we’re delighted to welcome CapitAll Finance as our latest lender member.
