"It will make it much simpler to show that we’re meeting the Consumer Duty, freeing resource to focus on our clients"

Connect for Intermediaries has signed up to Elevation, VouchedFor's client survey, as their preferred Consumer Duty solution.

The survey tool will help the firm monitor, evidence and improve their client experience.

By joining Elevation, Connect for Intermediaries commits to invite all of their clients to give feedback - aligning with the FCA’s expectation that firms will collect the right data to monitor and evidence good outcomes, which calls out client feedback as a key data point for firms.

Elevation provides Consumer Duty email alerts to ensure that client feedback is acted on in real-time, and offers firm and adviser-level dashboards to help show firms the specific actions they can take to help meet the Duty.

Liz Syms, CEO and founder at Connect for Intermediaries, said: “We are excited by the potential of Elevation. It will make it much simpler to show that we’re meeting the Consumer Duty, freeing resource to focus on our clients - while also showing what we can do to consistently exceed their expectations.”

Alex Whitson, managing director at VouchedFor, added: “Our mission is to help the adviser community deliver an even greater impact for millions of clients. We’re excited to welcome Connect for Intermediaries to join Elevation, which is now helping over 2,000 advisers take the hard work out of the Consumer Duty, and take their client experience to the next level.”
