OneDome Growth Partners, the mortgage and protection network of the OneDome Group, is launching a series of Discovery Days for mortgage and protection business owners, with founder and CEO Babek Ismayil presenting at every stop.
The roadshow opens in Cardiff on Thursday 12th November, followed by Birmingham on 19th November and Manchester on 3rd December.
The free events are aimed at directors and principals of mortgage and protection firms, from sole advisers to established multi-adviser businesses, as well as members of their teams. They are also open to advisers at larger firms who are thinking about self-employment and want to see what running their own business within a network looks like.
Each day opens with a keynote from Babek Ismayil, who will set out where the network is heading, how it supports member firms and what OneDome's wider growth means for brokers on the ground.
The morning then moves on to the network's 'Seed, Grow and Scale' framework, which addresses the different pressures firms face as they go from start-up to established business, followed by a live demonstration of the network's technology and an open Q&A.
The afternoon is given over to private one-to-one meetings. Owners can talk confidentially about their own plans, whether that is adding advisers, improving systems and processes or planning the longer-term future of the business.
The Discovery Days follow the OneDome Group's £5m commitment to its Growth Accelerator in May, which helps member firms grow through recruitment incentives, funding and hands-on support.
Following its acquisition of Mortgage Intelligence from Connells Group, OneDome now works with more than 550 brokers and arranges over £12bn of mortgages a year.

Babek Ismayil (pictured), founder and CEO of OneDome, commented: "Running an advice business has never been more demanding. Owners are juggling client service, compliance, recruitment and technology, often all at once, and the right support for a two-adviser firm looks very different from what a firm with twenty needs. Our aim is to support brokers in the areas that will make the biggest difference to their businesses."
