A new news and communication hub centralises all crucial messages, news, and communications, ensuring advisers never miss out on essential information. Recognising the ease with which emails and notifications can be overlooked, HLP says the hub will stand as a real-time archive for all HLP network communications, improving the flow of information.
An integrated booking system now amalgamates all events, training courses, and webinar bookings and advisers attending events booked via this portal will have their CPD record automatically updated.
HLP has also enhanced client and product views, with the client search feature accessible from any point on the site via the top navigation bar. The product screen now offers a more seamless browsing experience for advisers as they go through client products and prior fact-finding data, without the hassle of toggling between pages.
In addition, the MI dashboard and reporting tool now features a refreshed design and enhanced user-friendliness to access important management information.
