Mortimer Street Capital has appointed Justin Trowse as managing director of debt advisory.
Mortimer Street Capital focuses on structured and complex transactions across the commercial, development, and bridging finance sectors. The firm was founded as a specialist arm of Visionary Finance and MSC was launched in response to growing demand for larger, more intricate funding requirements.
Mortimer Street Capital is now aiming to strengthen its management and origination capabilities, with a focus on experienced hires within the specialist finance market.
Justin brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate and financial sectors. He has held senior positions within the specialist lending market, most notably as director of bridging finance and later director of structured finance at LendInvest, where he was responsible for scaling their bridging proposition.
Most recently, he played a key role in Allica Bank’s integration of Tuscan Capital and the successful launch of Allica's bridging finance product.
