iamproperty has become the newest member of the Open Property Data Association (OPDA), joining its mission to transform the home buying and selling journey.
OPDA says the latest partnership reflects the growing industry momentum to modernise property transactions, reduce delays and create a more transparent and efficient experience for consumers.
iamproperty's digital solutions support estate agents across the entire buying, selling and lettings process. The business now works with over 7,000 branches across the UK.
iamproperty pioneered the Modern Method of Auction, making completion possible in as little as 56 days. It recently launched Sale Ready, bringing more information upfront to speed up transactions by an average of four weeks.
The firm joins a growing network that includes all 'Big Six' banks, building societies, conveyancers, estate agents, technology providers and property professionals working together to support the adoption of open property data standards and accelerate the industry's digital transformation.
