Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) members will now have access to the lender's range of bridging and buy-to-let mortgage products.

The bridging lender has appointed two experienced BDMs.

PMS Mortgage Club - part of Sesame Bankhall Group - has added specialist buy-to-let and bridging lender Lendco to its panel. 

Saible’s Digital Parallel Payment accounts reduce risk for lenders, borrowers, and the supply chain.

The new option reduces costs and improves turnaround times for scenarios such as auction purchases, portfolio transactions, and urgent completions.

The lender has also changed its criteria and expanded its LTV bands.

The lender says the current stage in the market cycle and the strength of the US dollar is driving prime property activity.

The new roles include a chief sales officer, regional sales managers and business development executives.

The acquisition represented Allica’s first entry into the bridging market.
