Halimah Nawaz and Kellan Allison, pictured, have joined the lender as sales coordinators and will work with brokers and StreamBank's business development managers to provide support throughout the lending process.
Both will report to Robyn Noble, who has been promoted to internal sales team manager from her previous role as business development executive.
The lender has also moved Amy Robinson from her role as business development manager into underwriting.
Following Robinson's move, Katie Wild has taken responsibility for the Midlands, Wales and West region as business development manager.
Robyn Noble, internal sales team manager at StreamBank, said: "Both Halimah and Kellan bring great enthusiasm, a strong customer focus and a genuine passion for supporting our brokers. Their appointments represent an important step in our continued investment in service excellence and will enable us to provide even greater levels of support, responsiveness and consistency to our intermediary partners."
Halimah Nawaz, sales coordinator at StreamBank, added: "What has stood out to me since joining StreamBank is how much value is placed on communication. Brokers need to know where a case stands, what happens next and who they can speak to if they need help.
"Even small updates can make a real difference when time is tight, so I’m looking forward to being someone brokers can rely on to keep things moving and make the process as straightforward as possible."
Kellan Allison, sales coordinator at StreamBank, commented: "Every case has its own story and every broker has their own way of working, so taking the time to understand both is really important.
"Good service isn’t just about answering questions quickly. It’s about being proactive, solving problems early and making it easier for brokers to do business with us. That’s the approach I want to bring to the role."
