FHL appoints residential regional account manager

Residential by Foundation, the specialist residential mortgage brand of Foundation Home Loans, has appointed a new regional account manager.

Ginny English will cover the East of England region, reporting to Keith Jones, national sales manager.

Previously an internal business development manager with Foundation for the past two years, Ginny will now look after, and develop, a range of advisory firm relationships in the region, specifically focusing on the ‘Residential by Foundation’ proposition.

Prior to working at Foundation Home Loans, Ginny was a mortgage adviser with over 30 years’ experience working within both lenders and independently.

‘Residential by Foundation’ offers a range of mortgages to residential borrowers who just miss out on the mainstream, including mortgages for professionals, key workers and the self-employed, and F1 through F4 credit tier products for purchase and remortgage.

Keith Jones, national sales manager at Residential by Foundation, said: “We are very pleased to have brought Ginny across to this role as a regional account manager.
