AI-powered platform, JammJar, has appointed Kieren Pace as customer success manager to enhance the support it provides to mortgage broker firms.
Kieren joins JammJar with more than nine years' experience in the mortgage technology sector, having held a number of roles at 360 Lifecycle. He will lead customer success, working closely with firms as they implement the JammJar operating system, while acting as a link between customers and the product development team to ensure feedback continues to shape future development.
Kieren’s appointment comes ahead of JammJar's next-generation platform launch, which will be unveiled on the 17th September.
Karl Griffin, CEO and co-founder of JammJar, said: "Over the past year we've worked closely with our early adopters to refine every aspect of the platform. As we continue to grow, it's important we invest just as much in the experience our customers receive as we do in the technology itself.
"Kieren will be the interface between our customers and our product team. His role is to make sure that when firms adopt JammJar, the experience helps reshape the way they work. We don't simply turn up and say, 'Here's your CRM.' Every customer receives the attention, guidance and hypercare they need to embed the platform successfully and get real value from it.
"Just as importantly, Kieren will be feeding directly into our product team. Our roadmap is driven by what customers need most, and his role will ensure we're constantly listening, prioritising the right developments and building the features that matter most to brokers."
Kieren Pace commented: "I've spent my career working with mortgage technology and understand that successful implementation is about much more than introducing a new platform. It's about making sure firms have the confidence, support and expertise they need to change the way they work.
"What attracted me to JammJar was the opportunity to work alongside customers on technology that can completely reshape the way mortgage businesses operate. I'm looking forward to helping firms get the very best from the platform while ensuring their experiences and feedback continue to shape its future development."
