OSB Group has strengthened its specialist lending team with the appointment of John Hoole as business development manager, supporting both Precise (residential and bridging) and Rely (buy-to-let).
John will be supporting brokers across South West England and South Wales.
He has over 20 years of experience in the industry, including roles with Leeds Building Society, TSB, and Coventry Building Society.
