Molo launches let-to-buy range and secures first club partnership

Digital mortgage lender Molo Finance has entered the let-to-buy market and announced its first mortgage club partnership.

The let-to-buy proposition enables homeowners to convert residential homes into a property they can let, allowing them to simultaneously purchase a new residential property and release equity into their existing home. The new products join Molo's range of buy-to-let and HMO products.

Additionally, Dynamo for Intermediaries has negotiated exclusive access to Molo Finance, becoming the first mortgage club to partner with the lender.

The launch is limited initially to a select group of mortgage club members with a wider launch planned in the near future to all directly authorised members of Dynamo for Intermediaries.

Molo aims to offer a Decision in Principle within minutes, with full application reviews processed within 24 hours.
