"We’ve worked with brokers to make sure the technology truly supports a better user experience"
- Gary Sutherland, distribution director at NatWest

NatWest has fully rolled out its new broker portal to all NatWest-registered mortgage brokers, making it easier to submit and track new business applications.

The portal has a new easy to use design, less questions, and is integrated with NatWest's internal systems increasing speed to offer.

There are also new features based on broker feedback such as a DiP certificate and improved case tracking.

In addition, there’s a dedicated webpage with videos and FAQs if brokers need support and a specific broker helpline for any portal related queries.

The Bank says brokers have received communications letting them know what to do with their cases submitted on the old system.

Gary Sutherland, distribution director at NatWest, said: “We’ve worked with brokers to make sure the technology truly supports a better user experience, and this investment will ultimately support a more seamless customer experience.

"We look forward to brokers using the new broker portal and their feedback so we can continue to make it easier and support them and their customers with mortgages.”
