RAW Capital Partners has joined L&G’s Mortgage Club lender panel, giving club members access to its range of bespoke bridging loans and mortgages.
The Guernsey-based specialist lender has 10 years of experience in providing bespoke mortgages to foreign nationals, UK expats and Channel Islanders investing in UK buy-to-let property. In December 2025, it expanded its offering so it could lend to UK residents.
RAW Capital Partners provides lending to private individuals, trusts, and companies. Its product range covers completed or near-completed residential properties, offering interest-only loans for up to 10 years. Loan sizes range from £100,000 to £4 million, with up to £10 million of total lending to a single counterparty and up to 70% LTV.
Recent product and process enhancements include fee-free overpayments for both UK-resident and non-UK-resident products, faster early-stage decisions through AVMs, and the ability for overseas borrowers to make mortgage interest payments directly from a UK bank account – all of which will be available to L&G’s members.
Tim Parkes, CEO of RAW Capital Partners, commented: “At RAW Capital Partners, our entire proposition is based on our ability to take on cases that other lenders may shy away from. With the launch of our UK product two months ago, we're able to work with an even broader range of brokers and borrowers, so now’s the perfect time to join L&G’s Mortgage Club lender panel. We’ve received a really positive response from brokers to the new products and enhancements that have been rolled in recent weeks, and I’m confident that the club’s members will find great value in our bespoke financial products.”
Greg Cunnington, head of strategic accounts at L&G’s Mortgage Services business, said: “We’re committed to working with lenders who understand and adapt to our brokers and clients’ evolving needs. That’s why we’re delighted to welcome RAW Capital Partners to our lender panel, giving our members access to a range of flexible and bespoke products to support their customers.”
