Alex’s career began in the world of credit management, working as an Induction Training Consultant at Cabot Credit Management. There, she discovered a deep interest in how people learn, grow, and perform in complex financial environments. That foundation sparked her move into mortgages and financial services - a transition driven by curiosity and a desire to make a tangible impact on how organisations develop their people. In November 2021, Alex joined OSB Group as a Training Consultant. Her ability to educate, and empower quickly set her apart, and in March 2025, she was promoted to Talent and Leadership Learning Lead allowing her to fulfil her passion for helping others reach their potential.

Alex's story so far...
Alex has been instrumental in driving OSB Group’s transformation into a learning-led organisation, playing a central role in launching a new Learning Management System (Cornerstone) and rolling out Future-Fit Leadership Learning, a modern programme spanning both the UK and India.
Her work has redefined what leadership development looks like - moving away from one-size-fits-all training towards experiences that reflect the diverse needs and ambitions of individual leaders. Whether designing HR briefings, management workshops, or high-level masterclasses, Alex ensures every session connects meaningfully with its audience.
What truly sets Alex apart is her mindset. As well as delivering learning, she interprets what people really need and translates that into accessible, human-centred experiences. Her approach consistently combines clarity with compassion, making complex change easier to navigate for those she works alongside.

Her work has helped OSB Group embed a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability, and - most importantly - one which puts people at the centre of organisational success.
