Ella’s mission is to make advice relevant, timely and understandable, especially for busy medical professionals. At Fidelius, she helped establish a triage process for new BMA partnership leads and delivers education to clinicians at every stage, including sessions to 170+ final-year students at the University of Oxford.
Inside the firm, Ella designed resources to demystify the NHS Pension Scheme and upskilled colleagues, lifting the consistency and quality of advice. Beyond work, she connects planning with philanthropy through trusteeship at the Quartet Community Foundation.
Her combination of technical excellence and empathy is building a more confident client base and a stronger, more collaborative profession.
