Leah has turned an affinity for marketing into career momentum, growing TMA’s social following, creating the Marketing Hub from a blank page, and launching a General Insurance Hub that simplifies a complex area for advisers.
On the events side, she almost doubled TMA Conference registrations and raised attendance by rethinking outreach and programming. On the day, she’s the visible, reassuring presence making sure sponsors and advisers get value and great content to share.
Alongside delivery, Leah is an advocate for inclusion and new pathways into FS, using mentorship and CeMAP study to open doors for herself and others.
