George’s career began at JP Morgan, where he spent over five years as a project manager, developing strong skills in organisation, communication, and critical thinking. But after half a decade in the corporate world, he realised he wanted to see the tangible impact of his work - to help real people and businesses achieve their goals. That opportunity came when he joined VIBE Finance as a specialist mortgage adviser, supporting developers, investors, and business owners on complex funding projects. His analytical mindset and creative approach to deal structuring have earned him a reputation for clarity, calmness, and results - particularly with cases others have deemed “too difficult”. Alongside his work with VIBE, George co-founded The Specialist Finance Academy, a training platform designed to educate residential brokers on specialist finance. Through practical training and resources, he’s helping brokers expand their knowledge and confidence - and, in turn, helping more clients access the funding they need.
"I’ve worked to challenge the perception that specialist finance is “too complex” or only for a niche group of borrowers"
At VIBE Finance, George has built a reputation for finding solutions where others see roadblocks. His strategic mindset allows him to structure deals that blend multiple products, unlock cashflow, and turn “no” into “yes” - ensuring developers and investors can fund, build, and grow.
Through The Specialist Finance Academy, he’s helping reshape industry perception of specialist lending. George believes education is the key to growth - for brokers, for businesses, and for the industry at large. His programmes and content have given residential brokers the tools to confidently handle bridging, development, and commercial cases, raising the overall standard of advice.
Beyond his technical expertise, George is a visible advocate for transparency and collaboration in finance. Whether speaking at events, mentoring brokers, or breaking down jargon on social media, he brings accessibility and personality to an area of finance often seen as opaque.
