Francesca never planned to work in finance. After leaving school dreaming of a career with animals, she found herself drawn to helping people instead. A chance administrative job led her to discover the world of financial advice, and within a few years she had qualified, built her own client bank, and become one of Blueprint Financial Solutions’ most forward-thinking advisers.
"I was frustrated by limitations I saw in how advice was delivered to people keen to get professional advice, who were busy, and decided to find innovative ways to accelerate the growth of my business."
Francesca’s path into financial services began unexpectedly. After deciding against university and leaving behind a hospitality career, she took an admin role at a local financial services company - a decision that would shape her future.
Encouraged to take her exams, she joined the Quilter Academy in 2019 and qualified as a Protection Adviser two years later, in the middle of the pandemic. With no clients to start with, Francesca built her business the hard way - reaching out to people and turning conversations into relationships, quickly winning people over and growing from zero clients to fifty in just a few months.
In 2022, she took on her next challenge: qualifying as a Wealth Adviser and buying her first client bank. Through fresh thinking and genuine care, she re-engaged clients who had drifted away and reinvigorated their confidence in managing money. By combining warmth with modern tools, Francesca made financial planning feel relevant and approachable again.
Today, she manages around 150 clients and contributes roughly 20% of her firm’s total Assets Under Management. Her approach is as much about education as it is about outcomes - using community events, social media, and face-to-face meetings to demystify finance for people of all ages.
Francesca continues to be a vocal advocate for bringing younger people into financial advice. She mentors new talent, promotes financial education, and works to dismantle old stereotypes around wealth and who deserves access to great advice.
